We threw the full rustic arsenal at this one. Starting with reclaimed red elm random width up to 12″ wide and 16′ long. We had 25% of the material circle sawn then hand scrapped all edges and wire brushed. We then cut in 1/2″ Wenge square dowels and finished with a clear hard wax oil.
